Based in the DMV, Addictive Apothecary is a family run business that was created as way for Founder and CEO, Millicent Richardson to spend more time with her daughter. It began with one product...candles. As her candles began getting traction from family and friends, Millicent began looking more closely into other products used in her household. Through research into the ingredients used in these products, Millicent soon realized several products on the market her and family used included unnecessary chemicals that had, or could have, adverse health effects. She wanted to take bath and body back to the basics.
Addictive Apothecary now offers all natural products from candles to body scrubs and body balms. Millicent's motto..."if it's not safe for my family to use, it's not safe for you and your family". Every single product is handcrafted to ensure the highest quality possible.
