The Dual Skin Crème Foundation is a luxurious foundation that can be applied lightly for a virtually transparent application or built up for maximum coverage! It is water resistant, covers tattoos, and wears up to 18 hours under hot studio lights and humidity. Its vitamin E and beeswax formula makes it great for dry, combination and oily skin alike. Best used on moisturized skin, with a medium-sized powder brush or damp sponge.
